  • How do I download the latest internet browsers? FAQS

    There are many different internet browsers out there, but the most frequently used are Mozilla's Firefox, Google's Chrome, and Microsoft's Internet Explorer (part of Windows). Click on the one you would like. It will bring you straight to their download page and just follow their instructions.

    FAQ stands for frequently asked questions. This contains a summary of information that people may ask on a particular subject or topic. In fact, this document is considered to be an FAQ.

  • My Password for Email no longer works FAQS

    The first thing to do is make sure that your capslock key is not on. Next check to see if you really are checking for your e-mail in your mail reader configuration, not someone elses'. Case is important on both your password and on the userID portion of your e-mail address. In other words, when checking mail, SUPPORT@horizon.bc.ca is not the same as support@horizon.bc.ca. If your payments with us are not up to date, your account may be disabled. If you think this is the case, please call the office at 361-4410 during office hours.
